Get to know me
hi! I’M ElisaBeth. mom, wife, Nanny, and cosmetologist by trade .
I can’t tell you how honored I am to have you here! As I said above I’m just a mom who has a lot to manage and has had to come up with methods to keep my sanity. I have always loved schedules and lists and since I became a wife and a stay at home mom to three boys and nannying two other kids they became necessary. I’m no pro but I have had a lot of trial and error and I hope some of the things I have learned can help you out along the way! I have a little bit of everything on here so click around and make yourself at home!
With Love, ElisaBeth

Meet your aspiring blogger
My name is ElisaBeth, pronounced like Lisa and Beth smashed together with an E on the front. It’s a unique and long name and pretty much since birth my nickname has been EB. Since we are all friends here it only feels fitting you call me that unless you really feel led to saying ElisaBeth. I met Teejay (I know, I know, Teejay and EB. The irony that is his full name is not lost on us) when I was only 5 years old and knew from then on he was going to be my husband. He’s almost 4 years older than me and took about 12 years from when I knew he would be a good husband for him to catch on and realize I would be great wife material. We dated for a year, were engaged for 10 months and got married two weeks after my 19th birthday. I had become a cosmetologist and was working full time doing that until we had our first son just after I turned 21. This began my journey as a stay at home mom and opened the door to realizing I needed a lot of schedules and methods to not feel like every day was Groundhog Day. I learned about sleep training, organizing, packing, cooking, housekeeping and so much more in those first 5 years of motherhood and also welcomed two more sons I that time. I started taking care of two other kids a few days a week starting in 2021 and fell in love with the methods I had created to keep my house a little more under control, my kids sleep running smooth, and our trips a bit more organized. I started homeschooling in 2022 and have had to find even more methods for that! I decided that even though I’m just mom who does not have it all figured out and is so so far from perfect, I have found some things that work well for us and have helped some friends and family along the way; and maybe I could start a blog to help a few people out in the world. I hope this could maybe be you and if nothing else it might inspire some of your own methods and you can know you aren’t alone in motherhood or life. We are all doing our best and there are methods out there to help all of us make life a little easier and be able to find a little more joy!
